WOW! A Unique opportunity!!!

As previously announced, our first official meeting will be Saturday, November 9th, 2013. Earlier in the week I announced that we would meet at Ryan's Steak House in Hixson for your meeting. Since that time, we have been offered a unique opportunity to hold our business meeting at the Tennessee Valley Railroad's Grand Junction Depot!! What a great place to meet and solidify a start to our organization. In addition to talking trains, we can watch them and take in the coal smoke and steam of our local iron horse.

So, OUR MEETING IS OFFICIALLLY MOVED to the 2nd floor of the Tennessee Valley Railroad's Grand Junction Depot, 4119 CROMWELL ROAD., CHATTANOOGA, TN 37421. 

The meeting will still occur at 12 noon until about 2 pm. I will check on food this week and see if the deli downstairs will be open. We should patronize TVRR's deli if possible for their willingness to allow us use of their fantastic facility. I will post once I find out. If they are not serving, chips and soft drinks will be available and provided for our meeting.

Come on! ALL ABOARD!! CMM will be taking off at 12 noon, Saturday, November 9th. Take your place in our "office car" as we begin this trip together....

It is important to attend this meeting as we will ratify our bylaws by vote, discuss plans for the organization and take the next steps to become a 501(c)(3) non-profit group. YOUR PARTICIPATION IS WANTED AND NEEDED. Come join us for a couple hours and talk our favorite subject: trains! Some business too..
